February was a short but highly productive month, marked by strong performance in Vienna, new locations signed in Amsterdam and Cyprus, ongoing expansion into new markets, and the successful launch of our faster, cost-efficient turnkey opening model.
Where to begin… The shortest month of the year was packed with exciting news from our core Friendly Fire team. Both of our recently opened locations in Vienna are exceeding their planned KPIs. Our expansion into new markets is well underway, and another location is just days away from fully opening to the public.
With new locations signed in Amsterdam and Cyprus, and their location plans being finalized, our team is busy delivering on our promise of a turnkey approach that makes it even easier to invest in opening one (or multiple) Friendly Fire locations in record time. Our new team, dedicated exclusively to supporting new turnkey openings, brings together the very best of Friendly Fire and is setting the bar high.
Maribor is our first turnkey location, and the results speak for themselves. In addition to removing operational headaches for investors, we reduced opening costs by 20% and, even better, completed the entire setup in just seven days.
